  7. PACIFIC SAVOURY

  9. 8 oz. can tuna or salmon         2 Tbs milk
  10. 1 egg                            salt and pepper
  11. 1 lb mashed potato               3 ozs. grated cheese
  12. 1/2 tsp mustard                  2 large tomatoes
  13.  
  14.   Drain and flake the fish.  Combine with potatoes, milk,
  15. half the cheese, salt and pepper and mustard.  Place in a greased
  16. casserole, cover with sliced tomatoes.  Top with remaining cheese.
  17. Place in hot oven 400 F for 15 mins.
